I received a notification about an issue with my payment method. What do I do?


If you received a notification about an issue with your payment method, it means the default payment method on your account is not valid according to Stripe, our secure payment processing partner. (Read more about Reserve's payment processor: Is my payment information secure?)

Here's how to update your payment information:

  1. Login to the app
  2. From the main menu, visit your account settings
  3. From there, tap "Payment"
  4. From there, tap "Add Payment Method" to add a valid payment method to your account.
  5. Enter a valid payment method and save your card information

If your new card is valid, your outstanding balance will be automatically charged to the new card, and your account will be unsuspended.
