Why do you use a rating system?


After your meal, you’ll be asked to rate a restaurant’s food, ambiance and service to help us keep the quality of the experience high. Your ratings can help us improve our service for you and can help a restaurant know if they’re doing well or have room for improvement. Reserve uses the feedback given from diners to build and maintain a high quality community of restaurant partners. The ratings you give a restaurant are never public, but they may be used in aggregate to provide feedback to our restaurant partners.
